We always welcome the opportunity to provide a discounted price for any of our customers wishing to place an order for a number of products. We also welcome the opportunity to provide discounted prices for customers who regularly return to Arden Care Supplies for their healthcare products.

The level of discount will vary, dependant upon the product and quantity required. However, we will be as competitive as possible and always confirm our prices in writing by way of a formal quotation. What are your delivery costs?

Orders over £175 in value are delivered free of charge to a mainland UK address. ( Orders under £175 are charged at £10.00 + Vat)

How quickly will my order be delivered?

All orders of stocked goods are usually delivered within 2-3 days by courier service if you choose to have doorstep or kerbside courier delivery. For larger items such as beds or ready made chairs that you wish to have installed, we can normally install to the majority of England, Scotland or Wales areas within 5-7 working days of placing an order.

How quickly can I get a bed delivered?

Our beds are stocked in the UK. For all stocked beds, a courier pallet delivery is the quickest option. This is a kerbside delivery where the bed is delivered close to the property and you will be responsible for bringing the bed inside and assembling it. Depending upon your postcode area, delivery is normally made within 2-3 working days.

How quickly can I get a bed installed?

Should you wish to purchase a bed with installation, this will be carried out within 5 – 7 working days, sooner depending on our customers’ needs and postcode area. Very often, we are able to arrange a bed installation within two working days of an order being placed with us. Installation means that the bed will be delivered and assembled by the engineer who will demonstrate the beds functions.

Can I get Vat Relief on a product?

To purchase an item VAT free, you must be purchasing the item for personal use (not for care home or business use) and you must be either registered disabled or have a named medical condition (e.g. Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s). You will not be charged VAT when you fill out our qualifying form during checkout. More information can be found here:  VAT Exemption

Can I return an item to you?

If you find the product is not suitable after it has been delivered, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of receipt of the goods (For bed frames you must contact us within 7 days). Please note certain goods cannot be returned due to hygiene/infection control reasons. For more information, please see our returns policy here: Refund Policy

Do you buy back beds?

Unfortunately, we do not buy back beds due to the cost of uplifting them and storage. We recommend selling or donating care beds to local care homes or local charities who may be able to dismantle and provide transport for good quality beds.
