Many thanks for your help when I called you regarding a chair for my Mum. When I called that day, I aimed to try and make sure my Mum was safe and well.  It had been a tough few days and your helpful kind approach made the world of difference when I needed it most.

Your technical advice and guidance regarding a suitable chair for Mum made a massive difference in her life. It sounds such a crazy thing to say about a chair, but it truly has. Mum's condition meant she couldn't sit in ordinary seating and without the chair would be spending the whole of the festive season in bed. Instead, she was able to join in with the other people in the care home and spent time with her family in a safe dignified and enjoyable way. At these tricky times in people's lives, the smallest things can make the biggest difference.
