We recently worked with Bournemouth University to supply 12 Innov8 hospital beds for the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences. One slight challenge was that the beds had to be sited on the fourth floor of an older University building and there was no suitable lift.

We arranged a site visit to measure the dimensions of the stairways and assess the possibility of using a "stair walker" to walk the beds up over 90 stairs, no easy task! The eventual installation was completed on one of the hottest days of the year.

More recently, we successfully relocated all 12 beds to the University's new Gateway Building which was half a mile away - fortunately the new building had a bed lift!

We continue to maintain close contact with the Faculty and the University has recently taken delivery of a further two Innov8 hospital beds.
